I participated in a competition with my graduate collection in Copenhagen in 2018.
All the clothes that you can see here are made with Zero Waste pattern making method. This way at the end of my production I only ended up with 0,5 % waste.
It was part of my bachelor thesis to compare the Zero Waste pattern making method to the normal, conventional method. The conventional has average 15% waste left after production, I ended up with 12%. And the my Zero Waste pattern making method had 0,5% waste after production. That 0,5% was not part of the collection but I made sure to use that in other projects.
